Sir Francis George Augustus Fuller Eliott-Drake became a captain in the Royal Regiment of Horse Guards on 12 April 1864. He took the names of Elliott and Drake by royal license, October 3, 1870, and became Sir Francis George Augustus Fuller Elliott Drake, Baronet of Nutwell Court.
