Sir Reginald Guy Graham 9th Bart of Norton Conyers
He fought in the Boer War between 1899 and 1902, where he was severely wounded. He gained the rank of Lieutenant in the service of the 1st Battalion, Rifle Brigade. He gained the rank of Major in the service of the 5th Battalion, York Regiment. He fought in the First World War, where he was mentioned in despatches. He gained the rank of Assistant Provost Marshal in 1915 in the service of the 37th Division. He gained the rank of Assistant Provost Marshal in 1916 in the service of the 2nd Army Corps. He was decorated with the award of Companion, Distinguished Service Order (D.S.O.) in 1917. He was decorated with the award of Croix de Guerre. He succeeded to the title of 9th Baronet Graham, of Norton Conyers, co. York [E., 1662] on 27 December 1920. He held the office of Justice of the Peace (J.P.) for the North Riding, Yorkshire. He held the office of Deputy Lieutenant (D.L.) of the North Riding, Yorkshire.

Henry Bouverie William Brand 1st Viscount Hampden
Brand was the second son of General Henry Trevor, 21st Baron Dacre , son of Thomas Brand and Gertrude Roper, 19th Baroness Dacre. His mother was Pyne, daughter of the Very Reverend the Hon. Maurice Crosbie, Dean of Limerick. He descended, indirectly, from John Hampden, the patriot. He was educated at Eton. He served as Speaker of the House of Commons from 1872 to 1884.

Death notice in The Times, 5 October 1937, p. 1, reads: ACLAND.---On Oct. 1, 1937, drowned in a flying accident, at Phaleron Bay, WING COMDR. WILFRID REGINALD DYKE ACLAND, D.F.C., A.F.C., F.A.F., darling and dearly beloved husband of Mary (Lee-on-the-Solent), and son of the late Sir Reginald B. Dyke Acland, K.C., and Lady Acland, of Cold Ash, Newbury, Berks. Interment in Athens. Memorial service St. Faith's, Lee-on-the-Solent, at 2.30 Friday, Oct. 8.
